JobLadda is a small, focused team building career tools for the African job market. That means when you write to us, a real human reads your message, usually within a few hours during weekdays. We get a lot of questions about how the resume builder works, how units are deducted, how to access a coaching session, and how to use the platform if you are based outside Nigeria. We try to answer the most common ones in the FAQ, but if your situation is unusual or you want to talk through a career decision, please send us a message. We genuinely want to help.
We also welcome partnership and collaboration enquiries. If you run a university career office, a coding bootcamp, a women-in-tech community, an employer brand team or an HR consultancy, we are open to bulk unit packages, custom branded portals, group coaching sessions and content collaborations. We have worked with university final-year groups in Lagos and Nairobi to upskill graduating cohorts on CV writing and interview prep, and with several mid-sized employers on internal mobility playbooks. If any of that sounds relevant to what you do, mention it in your message and we will route you to the right person on our team.
For urgent payment or account issues, email myjobladda@gmail.com directly with your registered email address and a description of the problem. We can usually resolve unit-balance disputes, payment confirmations and login issues within one business day. For coaching session scheduling, the fastest path is to use the Talk to a Coach flow on the dashboard, which generates a single-use WhatsApp link to coordinate the call directly with your assigned coach. We do not handle scheduling over email because it slows everyone down.
We respond to messages between 9am and 6pm West Africa Time (WAT), Monday to Friday. Weekend messages are usually answered Monday morning. If you do not hear back within two business days, please check your spam folder first, then send a follow-up. Sometimes our reply lands in promotions or spam due to email provider rules outside our control.
If you are reaching out about media, podcast appearances or speaking engagements, please include a short brief in your message: the publication, the audience, the topic and the deadline. Our founder and senior coaches regularly contribute commentary on the African job market, youth employment, the rise of remote international work, and the use of AI in hiring. We respond to media requests within one business day where possible. For press kit assets (logo, founder photos, brand colours and one-line company description), email press@jobladda.io and we will send the latest pack.
Finally, if you are an employer or HR team interested in seeing how JobLadda fits alongside your existing applicant tracking system, we offer a 30-minute walkthrough session that covers integrations, bulk pricing and white-label options. We do not poach candidates from your pipeline, we simply help your applicants present their experience more clearly, which improves the quality of every CV that lands in your ATS. Mention "employer demo" in your message and we will route you to the right person.
