By accessing or using Jobladda ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jobladda provides AI-powered career tools including CV creation, CV scanning, job readiness assessments, and career resources. The Service is designed to assist job seekers in improving their applications and job search strategy.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Units & Payments

Jobladda uses an in-app currency called "units." Units are purchased in bundles and are non-refundable. Units do not expire. Pricing is displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may be updated with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI, creating fake accounts, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

CVs generated by the Service are owned by you. The Jobladda platform, branding, AI models, and templates remain the intellectual property of Jobladda and its parent company.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jobladda provides tools to assist your job search but does not guarantee employment outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
